Ponus Yacht Club : 41 Bateman Way, Stamford CT
Sunday, May 17th — 12 PM–3 PM
Thursday, May 21st — 1 PM–4 PM
Friday, May 22nd — 2 PM–4 PM
Saturday, May 23rd — 12 PM–3 PM

What We Offer
Year-round position
4-day work week
40 hours + overtime during the summer
Fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment
Requirements
Must be a strong line cook
Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen
Reliable and punctual
Team player with a positive attitude
Weekend and evening availability preferred
Basic Job Duties
Prepare and cook menu items to standard
Set up and stock stations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with prep work and closing duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff
Come prepared to discuss your experience and availability.
