Medi Terra, a chef-driven, family-owned Western Mediterranean restaurant in downtown Boca Raton, is seeking to grow our back-of-house team. We’re a ~100-seat restaurant averaging 60–100 covers daily between lunch and dinner, and we pride ourselves on fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and genuine hospitality. Named "Best new restaurant in Boca Raton" by Boca Magazine in 2023.

Position starts at $20/ hour with 30-40 hours per week guaranteed. Hourly rate increases based on individual's performance and responsibilities. Schedule is roughly 10am - 4pm Tuesday - Saturday. Sunday / Monday off.

Previous full-service restaurant experience is a must. If you’re a person who is motivated, reliable, a team player, willing and eager to work with and learn from a renowned Chef and can multitask, we want to hear from you!
