Wanted: Line Cook

• BUSY Coral Gables Bar and Restaurant is seeking an EXPERIENCED Line Cook!

RESPONSIBILITIES Include (but not limited to)

• Setting up/stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare Food Service Station (Chopping Veggies, Butchering Meats, and Preparing Sauces)
• Cooking Menu items in cooperation with rest of kitchen staff
• Properly stocking inventory
• Ensure food comes out in per ticket instructions and in a timely manner
• Comply with sanitation regulations
• Maintain PROFESSIONAL and POSITIVE attitude towards coworkers and customers

Position Requirements

• Proven Line Cook experience (cooking and prep work) - WE WILL CHECK REFERENCES
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment use, and standard procedures
• Accuracy / Speed in executing tasks
• Culinary School Diploma/Certification (Preferred but not required)
