Tartine Bakery is looking to hire TWO passionate pastry professionals for our Santa Monica location:

• Lead Pastry Baker – for candidates with leadership and managerial experience

• Pastry Baker – for strong team players eager to grow within an award-winning bakery program

Open Positions

LEAD PASTRY BAKER / Pastelero(a)

• $22.00 – $25.00 /hr + Tips (DOE)

• Min 1–3 years of pastry baking experience in a lead or managerial role required within a restaurant or pastry production environment.

• Experience leading teams, maintaining production standards, and mentoring staff preferred

• Full-Time | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

• Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

• Your resume shall display your lead or managerial experience within a pastry baking environment.

• Starting between $19.00 - $22/hr + Tips (DOE)

• Pastry experience preferred

• Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
