A renowned artisan bakery, celebrated for its dedication to the craft of bread and pastry-making, is seeking a full-time AM Pastry Baker for our new Strawberry Village / Mill Valley, CA location. This is an exciting opportunity to join an esteemed institution renowned for its warm atmosphere and commitment to excellence.

• Position: Pastry Baker
• Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE) + Tips
• Weekend availability: Weekends Will Be Required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• MUST BE WILLING TO TRAIN AT ONE OF OUR SAN FRANCISCO LOCATIONS UNTIL THE OPENING!

What You Will Do

• Assemble, mix, and bake off (croissants, scones, muffins, tarts, etc.)
• Light prep, including on-site mixing of cookies, granola, and glazes
• Maintain quality while adhering to our vision and team values

Qualifications

• Experience in a bakery, pastry shop, or similar environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production setting.
