- We’re looking for a solid Sauté Line Cook who cares about putting out consistently good food, keeping a tight station, and working well as part of a team.
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available Wednesday to Sunday, 1:30pm-10pm shifts
- Consistent weekly schedule
- Kitchen english ok
- Pay: $30-$32 per hour ($20 per hour plus consistent average of $10 to $12 per hour in tips)

- Work sauté station during service
- Execute dishes cleanly and consistently
- Maintain organization, prep levels, and cleanliness
- Communicate with the team and support flow of service
- What we’re looking for
- 3-4+ years of line cook experience, specifically at saute
- Solid knife and plating presentation skills
- Sense of urgency
- Dependable, team-first attitude
- Able to stay focused and organized during busy service
- Able to lift, push and carry up to 40 lbs; stand for long periods; make repetitive motions for extended periods of time
