We’re looking for a skilled Sandwich Chef / Line Cook to join our fast-paced café in Atwater Village. If you take pride in quality ingredients, clean execution, and building great sandwiches, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing high-quality sandwiches (hot & cold)
- Slicing meats, prepping ingredients, and maintaining freshness
- Keeping a clean and organized station
- Working efficiently during busy rushes
- Following recipes while also bringing your own touch
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a deli, sandwich shop, or kitchen
Knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Food handler certification (or willing to get one)
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked with pastrami, Italian sandwiches, or specialty meats
Care about presentation and consistency
- Bring positive energy to the team
- Pay $19 an hour plus tips. (Start)
Schedule
- Full-time / Part-time available
- Saturday availability is a plus
