Responsibilities

Wh You’ll Do Lead all aspects of restaurant operions to deliver a seamless, eleved dining experience across multiple meal periods.Direct and develop a team of managers and associes, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.Drive operional performance through consistent execution of systems, processes, and service standards.Oversee financial performance, managing budgets, forecasting, and stregic initiives to achieve and exceed profitability goals.Partner closely with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure menu quality, operional flow, and a strong wine and beverage culture.Champion guest sisfaction and brand repution by ensuring service excellence and quick resolution of all guest concerns.Collabore cross-functionally with corpore, marketing, and hotel leadership to align on promotions, activions, and business goals. Wh You’ll Bring Proven experience managing multiple leaders across diverse front-of-house and back-of-house teams.Strong background in dining operions, with deep knowledge of wine and food pairings (Sommelier certificion not required).Experience managing multiple meal periods; prior oversight of In-Room Dining operions is a plus.Process-driven approach with exceptional organizional and operional execution skills.Demonstred success in developing people and driving positive team culture.Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and long-term growth.Strong communicion, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
