Prep/ Line Cook/Cashier Team Member

AL's Beef - 2804 N Western Ave, Chicago 60618 is seeking a team member for prep and line cook responsibilities. Weekends are required although there is flexibility for PTO. Experience with food prep (grilling, roasting, slicing, dicing, robo coupe, frying etc.) and ability to operate POS or sandwich making is a great fit. Must be able to clearly communicate in English. Must be reliable. Must be legal. Cleaning (equipment, dishes, facility) is required for all crew members. Our shift schedule is typically daytime 9-4 and evening shifts 3:30-10 and late night 9pm-3:30am (9pm Sundays). Increase after 30 days.
