• Position: Pizza/Line Cook
• Location(s): Congress Park (3509 E 12th ave)
• Compensation: $21 – $24/hour D.O.E plus pro-rata share of our BOH Fee

Job Status: This position is part-time and requires working 30-40 hours per week. Weekend availability is most likely required depending on the restaurant(s) need(s) at the time your application is received.

Position Overview

• The ideal candidate should have experience in all aspects of working in a fast-paced restaurant, be able to clearly communicate with other team members, hold themselves to the highest standards of making high quality food and take direction from the management team as needed to accomplish company goals.
• We make most of our food from scratch, so being able to follow recipes and processes, while working incredibly well with co-workers to ensure our food is prepared and served at the highest quality, is important to be successful at this position.
• Being able to multitask is important to be successful at Blue Pan Pizza.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Being organized and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Setting up/breaking down all stations to ensure a successful service.
• Make starters and dough for all (4) styles of pizza we offer.
• Make all salads and appetizers listed on our menu.
• Make all our pizzas from start to finish.
• Make our sauces & salad dressings from scratch per recipes.
• Preparation of pizza toppings per procedures.
• Experience with hand stretching pizza and making dough is helpful but not necessarily required.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended period.
