What We'Re Looking For You are an experienced cook (have worked in multiple kitchens) and a team player. Pastry experience is a PLUS. Everyone is required to have two prep shifts along with evening line shifts, being so that you are well-rounded and have your hands in everything we produce here. You must be able to work organized and tidy. Have a proactive can-do attitude, reliable and a willingness to learn and hustle in our high volume restaurant. And prepare to have a genuine good time! We operate differently than most other restaurants, which turns out is a fun change of pace for those cooks looking for something new. A Little About Us We are located in the middle of the Richmond District. We pride ourselves out in the avenues to represent the city where good food, chill vibes and SF values are our top priority. We serve Californian cuisine with a Mediterranean/Italian influence, always focusing on local and seasonal ingredients. We strive to create and maintain a restaurant that we as hospitality professionals would want to dine at on a night off.

Evening shifts are tipped out (averaging over $40+ per hour) and last about 7.5-8 hours (with a 30min break for family meal). We are currently operating under a pooled tip house that includes BOH and FOH. The cooks run a majority of the food they've prepared to the tables and are able to interact with guests throughout the evenings service.
