Pazzo is located at 1179 Laurel Street in San Carlos, CA. We specialize in wood fired east coast style pizza and fresh handmade pastas and small plates. We are a small crew that works as a team and remains a consistent neighborhood favorite.
Looking for a part-time pizza maker that has experience with wood fired pizza ovens and can handle a fast-paced busy environment. We are only open for dinners TUESDAY thru SATURDAY 4pm-9pm. Must be able to arrive at 3:30pm to begin opening prep.
Job duties include
- cooking pizzas in a wood fired oven
- prepping pizza/ ingredients
- organizing and completing necessary side work
- maintaining a clean and sanitary work station
