Palm Grill-located in Valley Stream, Long Island is growing and we’re looking for strong, passionate leaders to join our team as we enter an exciting new chapter under the direction of Chef Louis. Palm Grill is a New American restaurant inspired by comfort classics with a modern twist — and we’re looking for individuals who can bring leadership, creativity, consistency with passion for hospitality to our Restaurant. General Requirements

• LINE COOK/ GRILLMAN - 2+ years of kitchen experience working on the line
• Must have experience of the Grill and Griddle to make Breakfast, Burgers etc.
• Experienced in high-volume kitchens
• Ability to manage service across dine-in, takeout, catering, and events
• Must work on Weekends

Pastry Chef / Baker Responsibilities

• Prepare cakes, desserts, and catering items
• Manage daily dessert inventory and freshness
• Ensure all dessert stations are stocked and service-ready
• Maintain consistency and presentation standards
• Must be available for weekend shifts
• DISHWASHER-Must have at least 1 year experience working in a fast-paced and high volume restaurant
• Must have food prep experience
