- Flour & Branch is seeking a highly dependable, detail-oriented Morning Baker to join our South Park café and bakery team.
This role is essential to the success of the brand and plays a critical part in daily production and service readiness. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, consistency, organization, and working with urgency in a fast-paced, from-scratch kitchen environment.
- The Morning Baker is responsible for preparing and baking many of the products that define the Flour & Branch experience — from pastries and cookies to stuffed French toast and other signature baked goods.
Position Details
- Full-time position
- Start Date: June 3, 2026
- Paid training to begin the week prior
Schedule
- Wednesday–Friday: 2:30 AM–10:30 AM
- Saturday–Sunday: 5:00 AM–1 PM
- Compensation: $20–21/hour + tips

Responsibilities
- Execute daily morning bake-off and production for pastries, cookies, stuffed French toast, and other baked goods
- Prepare, mix, portion, shape, and bake products according to company recipes and standards
- Assist with production prep and station organization for daily service
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all products
- Practice and uphold food safety, sanitation, and health department standards at all times
- Clean and organize workstations continuously throughout shifts
- Assist with kitchen line work and service support as needed
- Communicate clearly with kitchen leadership and front-of-house teams
- Support overall kitchen efficiency and production flow
Ideal Candidate
- Has prior baking, pastry, prep, or kitchen production experience
- Is highly reliable and comfortable with early morning shifts
- Works efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Understands food safety and sanitation standards
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and takes initiative
- Is organized, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Takes pride in craftsmanship and consistency
