we are a small fast paced izakaya restaurant
Chef
5 Years experience minimum
Must be knowledgeable in Japanese cuisine
be able to prep and skewer different cuts of meat
must be able to break down and handle fish for cold dishes
ability to multitask and handle/oversee multiple stations
organizing and keeping stations clean
Line Cook
2 Years experience minimum in a fast paced kitchen
Prep and skewer, poultry, beef, fish
experienced in grill, stove, and fry stations
organizing food prep and keep stations clean
Team work is a must
Pay depends on experience
hourly plus tips
