Mama Oakland is Looking for an Experienced Line Cook

MAMA Oakland is an Italian-Californian 3-course prix fixe restaurant focused on warm, welcoming service, nourishing and comforting food, and a fun, approachable yet smart wine list. We're looking for a hard working, energetic and experienced LINE COOK!!

• We are a small family, so our our line cook must have the following characteristics:
• -A hard-working team player that values and leads with honesty and integrity

--Excellent communication skills

• -Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a tight, open kitchen
• -Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
• -Flexible schedule, dinner service only

We offer competitive pay, medical and vision and vacation PTO. Hourly pay will be based on experience.

• Can be part-time or full-time, PM shifts ONLY as we are only open for dinner. $23-26
