What You’ll do
At Superprime you will be working on a station, managing and producing the station’s mise en place. Making sure everything tastes great on a daily basis. Working as a team with other cooks to produce delicious food. You will be reporting to the sous chef and chef de cuisine daily.
Job requirements
- Prepare and produce high quality dishes
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment
- Uphold the highest standards for cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
- Collaborate with your teammates and support a positive, respectful kitchen culture
- Maintain a clean and organized station during service and breakdown
- At least 1 year of cooking experience (fine dining preferred)
- Culinary degree is a plus, but not required
- Comfort with physical aspects of the role (standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs.)
- Availability to work mornings
