DIHO Consulting USA is partnering with a new upscale, high-volume Mexican restaurant to support their grand opening by hiring experienced kitchen professionals. The restaurant is located on Ponce de Leon Blvd in Coral Gables, Florida

We are currently hiring for the following roles

Open Positions

Line Cook $18/hr

Grill Cook $20/hr

Al Pastor / Trompo Cook $18/hr

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute menu items efficiently in a high‑volume kitchen environment

Operate assigned station (line, grill, or trompo) with speed, consistency, and accuracy

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods

Requirements

Previous experience in high‑volume kitchens

Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

Strong knife skills and food safety knowledge

Experience with Mexican cuisine is strongly preferred

Al Pastor role requires experience working with a vertical spit (trompo)

Schedule & Employment Type

Full‑time and Part‑time positions available

Morning and Evening shifts

Morning: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Evening: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
