• Esme is a new French-inspired neighborhood bistro opening on Divisadero.
• Small team, focused menu, thoughtful service—we’re building a kitchen where people truly care about the food and the way we work.

Compensation

• $35–$40/hour total expected earnings (19.61base + tip pool)
• Tip pool is consistent and meaningful
• Paid bi-weekly

The Role

• Work a focused, seasonal menu rooted in French technique
• Small, tight kitchen team
• Real involvement in prep, execution, and standards
• Clean, organized, professional environment

Schedule

• Dinner service (approx. 5–9pm service window, shift times will be from around 3:00 to 11:00)
• 4–5 shifts per week
• Predictable scheduling — we respect your time
