We are looking for experienced night cooks who are passionate about food, who truly believe that each and every plate that goes out of their kitchen must be perfect.

Proficiencies

● Self-starter with leadership qualities who thrives in a fast paced, growing environment.

● Line Cook experience necessary

● Ability to execute spec recipes consistently.

● Prepare cooking ingredients including checking pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, and line set up.

● ServeSafe knowledge, food handling and safety class offered during training, with passion for clean, organized kitchen.

● Team player, supportive of coworkers and willing to learn from others.

● Possesses a passion for exceeding guest expectations and a commitment to excellence.
