Hiring experienced line cooks for BOTH locations: UWS (established) and East Village (new opening). We’ll place you based on availability and what’s most convenient for you.

Responsibilities

• Execute dishes with speed, consistency, and clean technique
• Follow recipes, prep lists, and quality standards
• Keep your station organized, stocked, and service-ready
• Communicate clearly and work with urgency during busy service • Maintain sanitation and food safety standards

Requirements

• 2+ years line cook experience

• High-volume service experience preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and team-first
• Nights + weekends availability strongly preferred

• Preparar y ejecutar platos con velocidad, limpieza y consistencia
• Seguir recetas, listas de preparación y estándares de calidad
• Mantener tu estación organizada, abastecida y lista para el servicio • Comunicarte claro y trabajar con urgencia durante el servicio
• Cumplir normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria
• Requisitos
• 2+ años de experiencia como cocinero/a de línea
• Experiencia en servicio con volumen (preferido)
• Puntualidad, responsabilidad y trabajo en equipo
• Disponibilidad de noches y fines de semana (muy preferido)
