Montana Brothers is seeking a reliable and experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced Italian kitchen. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality, works well under pressure, and understands the importance of consistency, timing, and teamwork in a high-volume pizzeria and restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Montana Brothers standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Ensure food is cooked and presented with consistency and quality
- Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate orders during busy service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work, portioning, and inventory as needed

Requirements
- Experience working as a line cook in a busy restaurant or pizzeria
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Flexible schedule (nights and weekends required
