Line Cook or Server Wanted

Sky Restaurant & Lounge is looking to expand our team with two exciting opportunities: an experienced Line Cook or a Server with knowledge of hookah. We are a Mediterranean restaurant and lounge renowned for our vibrant atmosphere and exceptional cuisine.

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Sky Restaurant & Lounge’s recipes and standards.

• Ensure all food is cooked to the highest quality and safety standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

• Assist in food prep tasks as needed.

• Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Line Cook Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting.

• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliable and punctual.

Server Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions.

• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Server Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant setting.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable and punctual.
