Line Cook Needed $24-$29+/Hr

Prost Brewery and Biergarten is now hiring for energetic and guest service focused individuals to join our Kitchen team at our Highlands Ranch location. We are seeking a cook who excels at teamwork, can stay organized, and thrives under pressure. You should also have a willingness to learn, be ego free, and flexible in certain situations. This is a tip pool position, so the busier we are the more money you will make.

Job Duties include

Cooking on a busy line (fry, flat, inside expo, sauté, salad)

Cleaning and stocking throughout the shift as well as deep cleaning and closing cleaning

Prep when needed

Requirements

1 year line cook experience at any level

Evening, Weekend, and Holiday availability is required

Schedule

Approx 3-5 shifts per week averaging 25-35 hours per week

Compensation

Paid weekly. Kitchen staff are in a tip pool and average $25-$29+ per hour
