Line Cook Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food at assigned stations following restaurant standards
• Assist with setup and stocking of kitchen stations
• Clean, chop, and prepare ingredients for appetizers, entrées, and desserts
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including equipment, tables, floors, and shelves
• Plate dishes under the supervision of senior chefs
• Follow portion control standards and minimize waste
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely service
• Clean and sanitize kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment
• Assist with shift changes to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or resort kitchen
• Food handler permit preferred
• Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Reliable, respectful, organized, and team-oriented

Additional Requirements
