Dialog Cafe WEST HOLLYWOOD is looking for a LINE COOK (no late nights) to join our team who share the same core values, have a passion for cooking great food, are willing to learn new tasks, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Must have prior professional kitchen knowledge. This location is located at 8766 Holloway Drive West Hollywood. Essential functions

• CONSISTENT EXECUTION of all food items (correct temperatures, quality control, presentation)
• Close stations in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintains good ticket times under pressure
• Effective communication needed, TEAM ORIENTED individuals only
• Adheres to all health and safety standards
• Knowledge of local California ingredients highly preferred
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 30lbs
