An exciting opportunity to be a part of a pioneering concept café venture alongside Crotona Park as CDC and lead line chef.

Predominantly plant-based menu consisting of sandwiches, soups, salads, small plate sides etc.

Looking for an experienced CDC and lead line cook to join our tight-knit team. You'll be responsible for running the line, maintaining food quality and consistency, and taking ownership of day-to-day kitchen operations alongside ownership. Ideal candidates have at least 3–5 years of NYC kitchen experience, a calm and organized presence under pressure, and a genuine love for creative, produce-driven food. This is a part-time role with real creative input and room to grow.
