Position Summary
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Lead Line Cook to help drive consistency, execution, and leadership on the line. Key Responsibilities

- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to quality and safety standards
- Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Assist with training and mentoring line cooks, reinforcing systems and standards
- Monitor prep levels, assist with inventory, and communicate product needs
- Enforce proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Step into any station as needed and remain adaptable during service
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- Previous leadership or senior line cook experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work clean, fast, and efficiently without sacrificing quality
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous improvement
