About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Meal Prep Lead & Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen prep operations. This role is hands-on—you’ll be leading a team, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient, safe food production.
🔧 Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily meal prep operations
Train, schedule, and support kitchen staff
Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen
Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
Step in and assist with prep, cooking, and packaging
✅ Requirements
2+ years of kitchen, meal prep, or food production experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong organization and time management skills
Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-volume meal prep or catering
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is necessary
Experience with inventory or kitchen systems
