Job Summary: The Kitchen Supervisor assists the Sous Chef in the supervision of the staff with emphasis on quality, cost control, sanitation and safety. This person is involved in all food preparation and service including banquets, EDR, buffets, pantry and utility. The Details: Position Type: Full-time Year-round Start Dates: As soon as possible on next available check in date (approximately three weeks) Pay: $23.60/hr.
