Kitchen Staff / Line Cook

• Pastagasm – Broadway, New York City
• We're looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join the Pastagasm family on Broadway!
• We are a fast-paced fresh pasta kitchen and we're growing our team.
• This is a full-time position (~50 hours/week) — you'll be a core part of our team,
• not just a seasonal hire.

Responsibilities May Include

• Fresh pasta production
• Supplier order receiving and inventory management
• Ingredient preparation and mise en place
• Sauce preparation
• Line cooking during service
• Kitchen cleaning and sanitation during and after shifts
• Cashier duties when needed

What We'Re Looking For

• Passion for food, especially Italian cuisine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player attitude — reliability is a must
• Prior kitchen experience required (plus if able to handle fresh pasta)
• Availability for full-time hours (~50 hrs/week)
