Job Description

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and hardworking kitchen staff to join our team. As a member of our kitchen crew, you'll be a crucial part of our fast-paced, fun, and friendly environment. You'll help prepare and cook delicious Japanese curry dishes, assist with kitchen prep, and ensure every dish meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese curry dishes according to our recipes

• Assist with kitchen prep, including chopping, marinating, and setting up cooking stations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

• Work as a team to ensure food is prepared and served promptly

• Contribute to creating a positive, lively, and fun atmosphere in the kitchen

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for cooking and a love for Japanese cuisine

• A genuine interest in anime and pop culture

• High energy and a positive attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with good communication skills

• Experience in a kitchen setting of at least one year. Japanese or curry experience not required
