Kitchen Mouse Needs Early Morning Catering Cooks

We are looking for a dedicated EARLY MORNING cook, capable of handling high-volume catering. This position is part-time, with potential to grow into-full time. Typical daily start times range from 3am-4:30am. Weekend availability a MUST. Catering Line Cook

• Early AM start times REQUIRED, production & event buffet catering on occasion.

Culinary skills

• Proficiency in various cooking methods, knowledge of different ingredients and flavors, knife skills.

Food safety knowledge

• Understanding and adherence to food handling standards and sanitation practices.

Organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work within tight timelines.

Teamwork

• Capability to follow instructions, collaborate with other kitchen staff, including chefs and servers, to ensure smooth event execution.

Communication skills

• Clear communication with kitchen staff to understand dietary needs and event requirements.

Adaptability

• Flexibility to adjust to changing menu demands, dietary restrictions, and unexpected situations.

Physical stamina

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy equipment, work around hot ovens and ranges.
