- We're looking for a line cook with experience on the griddle, salad bar, and pantry who's ready to hit the ground running and be a real part of what we have built at Paulista.
What you'll be doing
You'll work across all of our stations — griddle, salad, desserts, sandwiches, and more — owning each one from start to finish. That means keeping quality and presentation consistent, staying on top of cleanliness and food safety, helping with prep, and doing your part to keep waste low. You'll also help keep an eye on stock levels, flag what we need, and lend a hand with receiving deliveries. Most importantly, you'll be working hand-in-hand with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to make sure every guest has a great experience.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of line cook experience
- Solid knife skills and the ability to multitask on a busy line
- A valid Food Handler's certification
- Clear, friendly communication — with teammates and guests alike
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfort on your feet for long shifts, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Great personal hygiene and a professional, polished presence
