What You’ll Do

• Deliver a high-quality food and ensure top-notch customer service.
• Maintain and exceed revenue, profitability, and quality goals.
• Oversee both front and back of the house operations.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff, including Cooks, Wait Staff, Hosts, and Dishwashers.
• Ensure compliance and help to exceed health and safety regulations.
• Lead by example and support our team during busy times.

• Proven management experience in both front and back of the house.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage dining room operations and optimize seating capacity.
• “Hands on” back of the house experience and kitchen management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

In 1947, a young entrepreneur named G. “Jim” Hasslocher opened a small bicycle rental business in Brackenridge Park in San Antonio. From those humble beginnings, we grew into what is now Frontier Enterprises family of restaurants. We now operate 4 concepts with a combined 17 locations between San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas. We thrive on the simple idea of selling food and providing outstanding hospitality.
