Our client, a full-service hotel near LaGuardia Airport, is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join their culinary team. This is a great opportunity for cooks looking to grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

🕒 Shift Details

PM shifts beginning approximately between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM, ending around 12:15 AM – 12:30 AM.

🔹 Responsibilities

Prepare proteins, sauces, soups, and additional menu components for service

Assist with station setup, prep work, and line execution

Work collaboratively with the culinary team during high-volume service

Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with Department of Health standards

Support general kitchen production and employee cafeteria needs

Ensure consistency, quality, and proper food handling procedures

🔹 Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, or hospitality environments

Experience with both hot and cold food preparation

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety

Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support the team

Basic English communication skills are acceptable
