We're a family-owned casual fine dining seafood restaurant in Oakland with a small, tight-knit kitchen team. We take real pride in the food we put out every night, and we're looking for an experienced cook to join us.
-- The Role --
You'll work closely with our Chef during dinner service in a busy but welcoming kitchen. We're looking for someone who's experienced, dependable, and genuinely enjoys being part of a team. If you take pride in good food and show up ready to work, you'll fit right in here.
-- Schedule --
- Dinner service only (no lunch shifts)
- 3:00pm – Close (approx. 10:00pm)
- Fridays and Saturdays
-- Requirements --
- Ability to work multiple stations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Solid knowledge of food safety standards
- Reliable — we count on our team to show up
- Good attitude and team-first mindset
-- Responsibilities --
- Daily prep and station setup
- Work alongside the Chef during service
- Help with specials and desserts
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering
- Kitchen breakdown and closing duties

$20 per hour + tips
