Looking for high intensity head barista to lead our team to glory!
We are a busy coffee shop in Crown Heights, Brooklyn
As our head barista
- We want main character and leader energy
- You are obsessed with systems and structure in the worklfow
- You understand mise en place is beyond making simple syrup
- You have a sound understanding of extraction and the variables
- You will have the ability to train/level up our current and new baristas
- You know the difference between good service and warm hospitality
- You are open to feedback and learning new things
- You have the NYC Food License
- 40hrs/week (5 days)
COMPENSATION: ~$35/hr (tips included) +benefits
