Grill Cook Needed New Restaurant Opened

New Chicken & Rice / Mediterranean restaurant on Touhy Ave is hiring a serious grill cook.

This is NOT a sit-around job. Even when it’s slow, we clean, prep, and stay ready.

If you are late, on your phone, or need to be told what to do every 5 minutes — this is not for you.

We are looking for someone who

• Has real grill experience (chicken, beef, gyro, burgers)

• Knows flat top & char grill

• Moves with urgency

• Keeps their station spotless

• Helps with prep without being asked

• Shows up on time, every shift

• Wants steady long-term work

What you’ll do

• Cook meats fresh to order

• Prep meats and sauces during slow times

• Maintain strict cleanliness

• Help the team during rushes
