GM Bakery Cafe

We are a bakery and Cafe chain from Boston that’s opening our first location in South Florida. We are seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead café operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for overall store performance, team leadership, and operational execution.

• Hire, train, and manage café staff

• Maintain a positive and accountable team culture

• Provide coaching and performance feedback

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, product quality, and service.

Qualifications;

• 2+ years of management experience in food service, café, or restaurant environments

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Experience managing labor, inventory, and financial performance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
