Our kitchen is grounded in craft—whether it’s a 10-year natural starter or a hand-cut pasta. We approach both pizza and pasta with discipline, intention, and respect for the process.

• We’re looking for a Full Time pizza & pasta cook who shares that mindset.

Responsibilities

• Hand-stretch and execute sourdough pizzas with precision
• Work a wood-fired oven with awareness of heat, timing, and consistency
• Execute handmade pastas with attention to detail, texture, and finish
• Understand and manage doughs, hydration, and fermentation
• Maintain a clean, organized station under pressure
• Uphold standards across every service

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in pizza and/or pasta production by hand
• Understanding of fermentation, dough behavior, and structure

Experience in a detail-oriented, high-volume kitchen

• Professional, focused, and team-driven
