Berolina Bakery has proudly served the community for over 35 years as a traditional European bakery known for its artisan breads, pastries, and breakfast and lunch offerings. We are seeking a full-time pastry chef or assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts.
Maintain consistency and high quality in our pastry and cake department
Fill orders of cakes and pastries
Assist with daily production and pastry preparation
Ensure cleanliness
Follow established recipes and bakery standards
Must be able to assemble cakes and write messages on cakes
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications
Some experience as a pastry chef or baker welcome
Strong attention to detail and passion for pastries and cakes
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Positive attitude and strong team player
Pay & Schedule
Pay depending on experience and tip
Daytime position - 5 days a week
The bakery is closed on Sundays and Mondays
