New American restaurant in Long Island City seeking a motivated Line Cook to join our team.
In this role, you will prepare high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency during service.
Responsibilities
- Execute dishes consistently and with attention to detail
- Follow recipes and kitchen systems with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations
- Work collaboratively with the team across all areas of service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years line cook experience
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Clean, organized, and professional
- Complying with DOH standards
- WEEKENDS A MUST!!!
- SATURDAY & SUNDAY BRUNCH A MUST!!!!
Must Have Experience Working In A Fast Paced Kitchen!!!!!
