Busy, high-energy restaurant in NYC is looking for a reliable and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
💼 Position: Line Cook
💰 Pay: Competitive (based on experience)
🕒 Schedule: Evenings + weekends required
Responsibilities
Execute dishes quickly, cleanly, and consistently
Work across stations (grill, sauté, fry, etc.)
Handle high-volume service while maintaining quality
Keep station clean, stocked, and organized
Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards
Communicate effectively with kitchen team

Line cook experience (high-volume preferred)
Moves with speed, precision, and urgency
Ability to work well under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Food Handler’s Card is a plus
