Experienced Bartender Needed – High Volume NYC Sports Bar & Restaurant

Mason Jar NYC is looking for experienced bartenders to join our high-volume Flatiron restaurant and sports bar team.

We are entering one of the busiest periods in company history with summer tourism, major sporting events, and the 2026 World Cup bringing huge crowds to NYC. We are looking for true professionals who can handle intensity, volume, and high guest expectations while maintaining great energy behind the bar.

This is NOT an entry-level bartending position.

Requirements

Minimum 3 YEARS bartending experience in NYC

High-volume experience REQUIRED

Ability to handle fast-paced service independently

Strong beer, whiskey, bourbon, tequila, and cocktail knowledge

Weekend, late-night, and major event availability REQUIRED

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Ability to stay composed and organized under pressure

Preferred Experience

Sports bar or event-driven restaurant experience

Craft cocktail background

Toast POS experience

Experience working large crowds and game-day environments

Strong hospitality and guest engagement skills
