• Gaucho Group is looking for an experienced Baker to join our growing team.
• We are a hospitality group inspired by Argentine flavors, traditions, and the Gaucho lifestyle, with restaurants and concepts across Southern California, including Gaucho Grill and Gaucho Mercado.
• We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, understands consistency, and has experience working with breads, pastries, doughs, desserts, or bakery production in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include

• Preparing baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
• Working with doughs, breads, pastries, and desserts
• Maintaining consistency, freshness, and presentation
• Keeping the bakery area clean, organized, and food-safe
• Working as part of a fast-paced kitchen team
• Following production schedules and daily prep lists

Requirements Previous baking or pastry experience required

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Food Handler Card preferred
