Daytime only - open 7:30 - 3:00 everyday. Make it to your second job, or home to dinner with your family.

We’re not a typical restaurant kitchen. There’s no hood, no grill, and no fryer. This role is part food prep, part sandwich/salad assembly, and a big part of what makes Drift such a welcoming and high-quality place to grab breakfast or lunch.

• We’re looking for someone upbeat, reliable, and team-focused — someone who thrives in a clean kitchen and takes pride in fresh, beautiful food.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble gourmet sandwiches, salads, and breakfast items with care and consistency
• Prep fresh ingredients each morning (chopping veggies, baking bacon, portioning proteins)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace — we work clean, fast, and efficiently
• Support the team with light dishwashing and restocking (no glassware or heavy dish loads)

Who You Are

• Friendly, fast, and detail-oriented
• Someone who enjoys a polished but casual environment
• Comfortable working in a small, focused team
• Experience in fast-casual, takeout, or café-style restaurants is a big plus
• Punctual, clean, and professional

Baking experience a huge plus!!
