Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse is seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality food consistently.

• Position Details
• Part-time position with opportunity to move into full-time
• Evening and weekend availability preferred
• Open availability is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
• Work efficiently on grill, flat top, and sauté stations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team members and management

Qualifications

• Strong experience working grill, flat top, and sauté stations
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume kitchen
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
