Position Summary Russo’s Hospitality is looking for a Cold Station Cook with at least 2 years of experience. This role focuses on preparing and presenting cold dishes and appetizers for large catering events. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and works well in a fast-paced kitchen. Key Responsibilities
- Stock and set up the station for service
- Prepare and assemble cold dishes and appetizers following recipes
- Ensure food is presented neatly and attractively
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
- Follow all cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work as part of a team with a positive attitude
Requirements
- At least 2 years of cold station experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and organization
Position Details
- Full-Time and Part-Time available
- Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Flexible, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
