Position Summary

Russo’s Hospitality is looking for a Cold Station Cook with at least 2 years of experience. This role focuses on preparing and presenting cold dishes and appetizers for large catering events. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and works well in a fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and set up the station for service
• Prepare and assemble cold dishes and appetizers following recipes
• Ensure food is presented neatly and attractively
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Follow all cleanliness and food safety standards
• Work as part of a team with a positive attitude

Requirements

• At least 2 years of cold station experience
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures
• Strong attention to detail and organization

Position Details

• Full-Time and Part-Time available
• Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Flexible, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
