Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.

Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented aesthetically.

Manage and maintain kitchen inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff.

Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency.

Minimize food waste and control portion sizes.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar role in a restaurant or bar setting.

Strong understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
